Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your purchases from and use of nividas.com. They form a contract between you and Nividas Holding AB, Swedish company registration number 559562-3512, Åsögatan 167, 116 32 Stockholm, Sweden (hereinafter "Nividas"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Order Confirmation

Once we receive your order, we'll send a confirmation to your email address. Please make sure you enter the correct email when placing your order. We recommend saving this email — it serves as your proof of purchase and makes it easier to reach customer service if needed.

Payment

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely — Nividas does not store any card details. There is no extra charge for card payments.

Orders can only be placed by persons 18 years or older.

If no payment is received after you submit your order, it may be automatically cancelled.

Promotional Codes

Promotional codes must be entered during checkout to be valid. Codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed.

Codes are valid once per customer unless otherwise stated. Conditions and exceptions may apply — specific collections, sale items, or product categories may be excluded.

If you have used a promotional code linked to a minimum order value or multi-product offer and you return part of your order so that the conditions are no longer met, Nividas reserves the right to adjust your refund accordingly.

Pricing & Taxes

All prices on nividas.com include VAT in accordance with applicable legislation.

For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer. Nividas has no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount — we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Nividas reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If a price is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Orders placed in another person's name without their consent will be reported to the authorities.

Shipping & Delivery

All products shown on our site are in stock and ready to ship. Delivery times, shipping options, and costs are presented at checkout before you complete your purchase. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and chosen carrier.

If you do not collect your package and it is returned to us, any return handling costs may be deducted from your refund.

Returns

We want you to feel great in your Nividas. If they're not right for you, returns are simple.

How to return

  • You have 30 days from delivery
  • Products must be unworn, in original condition and packaging
  • Use the return label included in your shipment
  • Drop off with the carrier specified on the label

Good to know

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We don't offer exchanges — just return your pair and order the one you want

Warranty & Claims

All products are covered by Swedish consumer protection law (konsumentköplagen), ensuring they meet standard quality expectations.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact our customer service at support@footway.com within 1 year of delivery with:

  • A photo of the issue
  • Your order number
  • A brief description

We'll review your claim and help you with a replacement or refund.

Product Information

We do our best to ensure that product images and descriptions accurately reflect the product. However, colours and details may vary depending on your screen settings. All images should be considered illustrative and do not guarantee exact appearance.

Nividas reserves the right to adjust prices, update product information, and change offers without prior notice.

Privacy & Personal Data

We process personal data to fulfill your order and improve our services, in accordance with GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.

Governing Law
