Prescription lenses are made individually to your prescription and cannot be resold, so they are not covered by the standard return. If something is wrong with your prescription order, the lenses don’t match the prescription you gave us, the product is faulty or the fit isn’t right, email hello@nividas.com with your order number. We look at each case individually and always put right anything that is our error or a manufacturing fault.

Some are. Shiny Black, the tortoise colours and several others have polarised lenses with full UV protection. The rest have tinted lenses with UV protection. Each product page says which lens it has
